Hey Friends 👋
Last week I told you about paper routes.
Train rides into New York City. A balloon that knocked me out cold. A bag of balloons I took home anyway.
Small beginnings.
But here's what I've learned —
Small beginnings don't stay small forever.
The story is still developing.
🏙️ NEW HAVEN — Back on the Streets
I finally took the magic outside.
No break room. No controlled setting.
Just me, a deck of cards, and the streets of New Haven.
Pulled out The Color Monte for the first time in a long time — been practicing for months, waiting for the right moment to bring it back out. That moment was this week.
Real people. Real reactions. No filter.

This is the version of the channel I've been talking about since Issue #3. It's finally here.
More coming. 🪄
🎩 MAGIC — Still Developing
Top Shot is getting closer.
Not camera ready yet — but closer than last week.
That's the whole game really.
Not perfect. Just closer.
Every rep in private is an investment in the moment nobody sees coming.
The reveal always comes last.
💰 MONEY — Conviction Doesn't Require a Big Bag
I've been writing about GME (GameStop) for a while now.
The debt-free balance sheet. Ryan Cohen quietly buying a million shares. Bitcoin on the balance sheet. The long thesis held by regular people while Wall Street laughed.
There were weeks I could only afford to add one share. Not because I doubted the thesis — but because that's just where life was. One share was the move that week. So that's what I did.
Then there's Michael Burry — the investor from The Big Short — the guy who called the 2008 housing crash when literally everyone said he was wrong.
He just doubled his GME position to 13% of his entire portfolio.
That's not a casual move. That's conviction with serious money behind it. The guy who called 2008 when nobody believed him is sitting on GameStop.
While the noise says sell — the smart money is quietly adding.
Sound familiar?
And this week GameStop announced something nobody saw coming:
They're calling it Power Packs — a digital trading card platform. Real PSA-graded cards. Pokémon, Football, Basketball, Baseball. Stored in a vault, sellable instantly, or shipped home. powerpacks.com
Here's what hit me — I'm a card guy. Been in card shops since I was 12 riding trains into New York City. And the company I've quietly held through years of noise just pivoted into my world.
That's what happens when you hold conviction long enough for the story to develop.
Small buys. Consistent belief. Stay patient.
Not financial advice — just my journey.

💻 CODEBREEZE CORNER — When the Work Speaks
CodeBreeze Solutions LLC is the web dev + digital marketing company I started right here in New Haven while in school.
I don't chase reviews.
I just try to do the work right.
But this week Lisa DeRosa — the in-home personal trainer from Trumbull, CT whose site I built — left this on Google:
"Mo totally understood what I wanted to achieve and built me a site that represents my business, myself, and my clientele. I am very pleased."
That line means more to me than any metric.
Not just "good website."
Understood.
That's the whole point of CodeBreeze.
Not just to build something that looks good — but to actually listen, understand the vision, and bring it to life.
The site is live. Google is indexing it. And Lisa is out there serving her clients with something that represents her the right way.

💡 Small business tip: Google reviews are free marketing that works 24/7. One honest review from a happy client can outsell a month of ads. Don't be afraid to ask.
If you need a website that actually represents you — let's talk.
✝️ FAITH — He's Not Done Yet
Looking back at everything —
The paper routes. The balloon shop. The prison classroom. The halfway house. The parking lot.
None of it felt significant in the moment.
But God doesn't waste moments.

"Being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion." — Philippians 1:6
He started something.
In you. In me. In all of it.
And He's not finished.
The story is still developing.
Trust the process. Trust the Author.
The story isn’t finished.
Stay in it.
In Jesus’ name.
